Ingredients

  • 1 role Pizza dough
  • Dark grapes without seeds
  • 1 Can William's Christ pear
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 10 Discs Serrano ham
  • Walnuts
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pack Sushi
  • Sushi ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 12 Dates
  • 6 Discs Bacon
  • 1 Glass Tomato sauce
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, roll out the dough on it and brush lightly with tomato sauce.
  • Caramelize the sugar in a pan and coat the walnuts with it and spread on a quarter of the pizza tray along with the Williams Christ pear cut into pieces. Cover another quarter with the sushi ginger and the sushi rolls and drizzle with a little soy sauce. Line the other two quarters with bacon or Serrano slices. Fill the bacon quarter with dates and the serrano quarter with grapes.
  • Now cover the whole baking sheet generously with cheddar cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Finally, top the Williams-Christ-pear-walnut quarter with lamb's lettuce. Good Appetite!
