Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 80g salami
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 125 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. oregano
  • 130 g cheese, grated Gouda
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • 4 rolls (ciabatta) for baking

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with or without Tupperware (Quick-Chef)

Roughly chop all ingredients, including the herbs and spices, in the order listed and mix them in a Quick-Chef. Or finely dice everything by hand and mix. Stir in half of the cheese. Spread the mixture on the halved rolls (not pre-baked!) and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) for 10 minutes.
