A recipe that even children can help with

Add cocoa powder to the cup of milk to taste and mix well. Beat the sugar and egg yolks until frothy and add the mascarpone. Mix everything until smooth. Whisk the measured cream in a bowl with the vanilla sugar until stiff and add this to the egg mixture. Cut the bananas into smooth slices. Now line the bottom of a baking dish with 12 ladyfingers (or more depending on the size of the dish) and drizzle with half of the cocoa milk. Then spread one-third of the cream over it and place half of the banana slices on top. Spread the remaining 12 sponge fingers on the cream layer and drizzle with the remaining cocoa milk. Add the second third of the cream and the remaining banana slices on top. Finally, spread the remaining cream over the bananas and dust with a little cocoa powder. Refrigerate the banana tiramisu for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
