Pizza Rolls My Way

The perfect pizza rolls my way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 Can Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 0,5 Bullet Mozzarella
  • 100 g Grated Gouda
  • 1 role Knack and bake Sunday rolls
  • 100 g Salami
  • Fat for the shape
  1. Let the spinach thaw. For the tomato sauce, peel and dice the onions and garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Sauté the garlic and onion cubes in it. Add the tomatoes and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let simmer for about 10 minutes and season again if necessary.
  1. Finely dice the mozzarella and mix with approx. 50g grated Gouda cheese. Take the rolls out of the packaging and put them in a greased baking dish. Press in the middle of the rolls and fill with the cheese mixture. Press the dough together over it.
  1. Spread the spinach and tomato sauce on the rolls, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cover, if necessary, after 30 minutes.
