Pizza Rolls My Way
The perfect pizza rolls my way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 Onion
- 2 Clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,5 Can Chunky tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 0,5 Bullet Mozzarella
- 100 g Grated Gouda
- 1 role Knack and bake Sunday rolls
- 100 g Salami
- Fat for the shape
- Let the spinach thaw. For the tomato sauce, peel and dice the onions and garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Sauté the garlic and onion cubes in it. Add the tomatoes and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let simmer for about 10 minutes and season again if necessary.
- Finely dice the mozzarella and mix with approx. 50g grated Gouda cheese. Take the rolls out of the packaging and put them in a greased baking dish. Press in the middle of the rolls and fill with the cheese mixture. Press the dough together over it.
- Spread the spinach and tomato sauce on the rolls, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cover, if necessary, after 30 minutes.
