Pizza Salami

The perfect pizza salami recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 125 ml Water

for covering:

  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 250 g Salami
  • 50 g Emmental
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Olive oil

The dough:

  1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and mix carefully with the yeast. Add sugar, salt, oil and water. Knead all ingredients with the dough hook of the hand mixer first on the lowest, then on the highest level in about 5 minutes to form a dough. Let the dough stand in a warm place until it has visibly enlarged, then roll out on a greased baking sheet.

the covering:

  1. Wash and dry tomatoes, remove stems and cut into slices. Cut the spring onions into fine rings. Brush the rolled out dough with olive oil, distribute the topping evenly on top and sprinkle with oregano.
  2. Drain the mozzarella, cut into slices and pour over the pizza with the Emmental cheese. Finally distribute the salami on top.

baking:

  1. Put the baking tray into the oven preheated to 200 ° C (fan 180 ° C, not preheated; gas 4) and bake for about 25 minutes.
