Ingredients

  • 1 Pastry sheet
  • 50 g Mozarella with basil
  • 50 g Grated cheese of your choice
  • 10 Slices of salami or ham
  • 1 teaspoon Aivar
  • 1 Pitted large tomato
  • Dried or fresh basil
  • Oregano
  • Some oil, seasoning oil

Instructions

  • Place the pastry sheet on a damp kitchen towel and carefully roll it up until it is covered. Otherwise the dough sheets dry out quickly and break. Since mine was already from the day before (rest) it broke at the folds despite the damp cloth :-(. Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut it into very fine slices. Roll out the pastry sheet again with a little oil rub the salami slices in the middle part lay out the mozzarella and the other cheese, sprinkle the spices over it, then fold in the side parts and brush the surface with the Aivar and carefully roll up. Brush the roll with oil and bake at 180 degrees in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
