Pizza Stick

The perfect pizza stick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Pizza dough

  • 100 g Flour
  • 70 ml Water
  • 0,5 tl Salt
  • 1 el Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,25 Pkg. Germ
  • 0,5 tl Sugar
  • Oregano

Topping

  • 50 g Cheese
  • Garlic oil
  1. Knead all ingredients (see pizza dough) into a dough, preferably with the help of a dough kneading machine. Let the dough stand in a warm place to rest (flour the place a little so it doesn’t stick). After 30 minutes it can be processed further.
  2. Then knead the dough briefly and divide it into even parts. Then knead them into strips and cover with cheese.
  3. Place the pizza sticks on one of the pizza stones and bake at maximum power (approx. 260 ° C) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Then drizzle with garlic oil and enjoy!

Tips
