Pizza Stick
The perfect pizza stick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pizza dough
- 100 g Flour
- 70 ml Water
- 0,5 tl Salt
- 1 el Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,25 Pkg. Germ
- 0,5 tl Sugar
- Oregano
Topping
- 50 g Cheese
- Garlic oil
- Knead all ingredients (see pizza dough) into a dough, preferably with the help of a dough kneading machine. Let the dough stand in a warm place to rest (flour the place a little so it doesn’t stick). After 30 minutes it can be processed further.
- Then knead the dough briefly and divide it into even parts. Then knead them into strips and cover with cheese.
- Place the pizza sticks on one of the pizza stones and bake at maximum power (approx. 260 ° C) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Then drizzle with garlic oil and enjoy!
