Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 100 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 pinch of oregano, shredded
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 30 g ham, cooked
- 30 g salami
- 1 red bell pepper(s), half of which
- 80 g cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the bread into a heart shape and toast. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Let the tomatoes reduce, then season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture on the bread. Cut the ham and salami into thin strips. Top each slice with half of the bread. Cut the peppers into strips, arrange them on the base, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven (center; gas mark 2) for about 10 minutes. Per serving: 11 g protein – 12 g fat – 11 g carbohydrates
