Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quince(s)
  • 400 g brown rock sugar
  • 1 liter of schnapps (Doppelkorn)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Core the quinces and dice them with the peel. Pour the sugar and liquor into a sufficiently large container (e.g., a canister). Shake once daily. After 6 weeks, strain and bottle.
