Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 100 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 150 g chanterelles, fresh
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 75 g Serrano ham
  • Grana Padano, sliced

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and let it rest briefly to warm up. Finely slice the leeks and spring onions, trim and wash the chanterelles. Spread the crème fraîche thinly over the pizza dough. Distribute the leeks, spring onions, and mushrooms evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on the desired browning. About 5 minutes before the end of the baking time, top the pizza with the Serrano ham and shaved Grana Padano cheese and finish baking.
