Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 200 g feta cheese, diced
- 50 g olives, green
- 50 g olives, black
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 100 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
- 75 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 200 g tomato puree
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- salt and pepper

Pizza the quick way
Knead the flour and baking powder with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, buttermilk, and salt. Grease a baking sheet with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll out the dough quarters into ovals and place on the greased baking sheet. Season the tomato puree with salt and pepper and spread it on the flatbreads. Mix the feta cheese with the remaining ingredients and spread it on the flatbreads. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approx. 18-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
