Pizza with Extra Toppings
The perfect pizza with extra toppings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pizza dough
- 300 g Flour
- 20 g Yeast fresh
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sea salt fine
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 150 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 something Olive oil for brushing the dough
Covering
- 1 something Sliced chorizo sausage
- 1 something Air-Dried ham sliced
- 1 something Freshly sliced tomatoes
- 1 something Sliced brown mushrooms
- 1 something Freshly cut red onions in rings
- 1 something Red peppers, peeled, cut into strips
- 1 something Homemade tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes
- 1 something Grated Gouda cheese, mozzarella Parmesan mix
- In the main picture you can not see all the ingredients exactly. So take a look at the many pictures of the work steps. This pizza is my best and tastiest pizza ever. The ingredients are of course interchangeable to taste.
- Pizza dough: Sieve the flour into a bowl and work together with the other ingredients to form a smooth dough.
- Let the dough rise, covered, at room temperature for about 16 hours.
- Knead the dough again vigorously and roll it out thinly on a greased baking sheet and let rise for another 15 minutes before the topping is on top. Then brush the thinly rolled out dough with a little olive oil.
- Topping: Brush the dough with the homemade spicy tomato sauce (which everyone makes different).
- Now distribute the topping ingredients on the sauce (see pictures) and finally sprinkle the three-rye cheese mix on top.
- Preheat the electric oven to 200 degrees (top / bottom heat) and slide the baking sheet with the pizza into the second rail from below. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the dough is crispy brown on the edge.
- Cut the pizza into pleasing pieces and serve on preheated plates. We had wild rocket salad fresh from the garden with it. We tasted this homemade pizza even better than the best (also the only) Italian in our lonely area.
