homemade pizza with spicy garlic salami
First, prepare the dough. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well, and crumble in the fresh yeast. Add the oil, sprinkle the salt on the side, and prepare the dough with the water. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Cut the bell peppers and chili peppers into long wedges. Mix the tomato puree with the oil, salt, and spices. Line a round baking sheet with baking paper, roll out the dough a little larger than the dish, and place it on top. Spread plenty of grated cheese on the sides, then fold the sides in and press down. Spread the tomato puree over the dough and top with plenty of cheese. Slice the garlic sausage and arrange it on the pizza, then decorate with the bell peppers and chili peppers. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
