Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 175 ml milk
  • 250 g flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • Herbs
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Make a pancake batter from the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper, then let it stand for 10 minutes. Brown the minced meat with onions, chop the tomatoes, and add them to the fried minced meat. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and herbs, and simmer for 10 minutes. Line the roasting pan from the oven with baking paper, spread the pancake batter on it, and place the pancake in the oven preheated to 150°C (fan oven) and bake for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, pour the minced meat and tomato mixture onto the set pancake and bake for another 10 minutes. The pancake is ready from the tray. We like to eat it with salad. Tip: You can also top the pancake like a pizza.
