Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 375 g flour
- 750 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed, or pizza sauce
- 2 jars of Puszta salad
- 200 g pizza cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Make a yeast dough from the listed ingredients and let it rest, covered, for about 30 minutes. Fry the minced meat with diced onions until golden brown and season with salt, pepper, and paprika, if desired. Add the Pusztasalat (pudding). Roll out the yeast dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with passata. Spread the minced meat mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Let it rise in the oven for 10 minutes at 70°C (168°F). Then bake for another 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
