Pizza with Parma Ham and Arugula
The perfect pizza with parma ham and arugula recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough
- 175 g Sifted flour
- 60 Milliliters Olive oil
- 60 Milliliters Lukewarm water
- 0,5 Yeast cubes
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
For the tomato sauce
- 100 g Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 100 Milliliters White wine
- If you don’t want wine, take 50 milliliters of water and 50 milliliters of apple juice
- 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
- 0,5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
The topping
- 100 g Grated Parmesan
- 100 g Grated Gouda
- 200 g Parma ham
- 100 g Arugula
- Pumpkin seed oil
The dough
- Dissolve the yeast in the water, knead with the other ingredients to form a dough, let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
The tomato sauce
- Mix the tomato paste with the wine or substitute liquid in a bowl and mix in the spices. Put aside.
- Wash the rocket, sort it, dry it on a kitchen towel, take the ham out of the refrigerator, have the cheeses ready.
- The dough has reappeared after rising and is ready for the second massage. Knead once, roll out on a greased tray, spread the tomato sauce on, cover with the cheeses, bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, spread the Parma ham and rocket on the pizza. Bake for another 5 minutes.
- I put some rocket on my pizza piece, drizzled it with pumpkin seed oil and enjoyed it.
