- 300 g flour
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 1 egg(s)

- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 750 g applesauce
- 100 g sugar

Combine flour, fat, sugar, egg, and vanilla sugar in a dough and spread it on a baking sheet. Spread the applesauce over the dough. Combine all the crumble ingredients in a bowl and rub and press (do not knead or stir) until a nice, even crumble forms. Spread the crumble on the baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack at approximately 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 45 minutes. Keep an eye on it, as the crumble burns quickly.
