Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 points dry yeast
  • 750 g flour, smooth
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp coarse-grained sea salt
  • Tomato sauce, thick for pizza
  • Cheese
  • salami
  • Ham
  • anchovies
  • egg(s)
  • Olive oil, cold squeezed
  • basil
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix the flour, dried yeast, and salt thoroughly. Pile up the dough and make a well in the center. Slowly stir in the oil and water, then mix with the flour. Knead the dough into a smooth dough, then cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead the dough thoroughly again and roll it out as thinly as possible. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce, top with other ingredients, and sprinkle with herbs. Roll it tightly and twist it into a wreath. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the wreath generously with olive oil. Place it in the oven for 25 minutes, then turn the heat to 200°C. If necessary, rotate the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
