Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour, dark
- 300 g flour, smooth
- 3 points dry yeast
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tbsp coarse-grained sea salt
- Fennel seeds
- Caraway, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients to form a dough, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 35 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Preheat oven to 160°C. Cut dough pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise for about 25 minutes. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 100°C and let dry for about 15 minutes.
