Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of pizza, of your choice, e.g. B Prosciutto
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tbsp, leveled pepper
  • 2 small onions
  • 150 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 1 cucumber(s) , (pickle)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ketchup
  • 100g bacon
  • 1 tbsp, stalked parsley
  • 1 tsp, leveled nutmeg, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pizza filled with minced meat

Bake the pizza in the oven according to the package instructions. Top one of the two pizzas with grated cheese and bacon. Form a large meatball (burger patty) from the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, nutmeg, and a chopped onion and fry in a pan over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Slice the remaining onion, the tomato, and the pickle. Place the burger patty, onion, tomato, and pickle slices on the cheese and bacon-topped pizza and cover with ketchup. Then place the second pizza on top, and the pizza burger is ready. Of course, you can vary the filling according to your own preferences!
