Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Plaice fillet
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Acacia honey
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  • Gently fry in a little oil, add honey.
  • Stir in the mustard, put the fish on top and put the lid on the pan.
  • Let it steep over a low heat.
  • Turn the fish over and season with salt and pepper.
