Ingredients
- 100 g Plaice fillet
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Acacia honey
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
Instructions
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Gently fry in a little oil, add honey.
- Stir in the mustard, put the fish on top and put the lid on the pan.
- Let it steep over a low heat.
- Turn the fish over and season with salt and pepper.
