Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tsp Fig mustard*
  • 100 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Peel the onion and apple, cut the onion into cubes and the apple into small wedges.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and apple wedges in it. Fry, stirring, until the apples are almost through.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the mustard and cream.
  • If you let the cream boil down, you can also serve this sauce as a side dish.
  • I served them here with the oatmeal spinach bagger (wholefood: oatmeal patties with leaf spinach) and sprinkled a few red chilli flakes on top to garnish.
