Plaice rolls with tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 points fish fillet(s) (plaice fillets, frozen)
  • some lemon juice
  • some white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tomatoes, firm
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup herbs, mixed chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Drizzle the thawed plaice fillets with lemon juice and white wine, season with salt and pepper, and let stand in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Grease a baking dish with butter, halve the plaice fillets lengthwise, roll them up, secure with toothpicks if desired, and place them close together in the baking dish. Cut the tomatoes crosswise and place them in the center of the dish. Place some cream cheese on each fish roll and a knob of butter on the tomatoes. Mix the cream with the herbs and pour over the mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200°C for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
