Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 eggs, size M
- 350 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 g biscuits (Amarettini)
- 50 ml milk
- 50 ml Amaretto
- 50 g almond(s) (flakes)
- 1 kg plum(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sheet cake, quick and delicious
Cream together butter, sugar, and salt. Beat in eggs one at a time. Combine flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk and Amaretto. Fold in 2/3 of the crushed amaretti biscuits. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Spread the pitted plums evenly on top. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and the remaining amaretti biscuits. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for approximately 45-50 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
