Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 500 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of Gelfix (2:1)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash, stone, and finely chop the plums. Wash, core, and finely chop the apple. Purée the fruit slightly. Mix with sugar, Gelfix, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil according to the package instructions, pour into screw-top jars, and seal.
