Ingredients

  • 4 Plums
  • Fresh puff pastry
  • Brown sugar
  • Apricot jam
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the plums and cut into very thin slices. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out three strips of the same size. Mix the jam with a little cooking water and brush the puff pastry strips thinly with it and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Place the plum slices on the top half so that one part overlaps the other. Then fold the lower half of the puff pastry upwards / press it gently and roll up the "rose petals" tightly together, always holding on to them.
  • Turn the "rolled up plum leaves" outwards from the center, thereby "forming a rose". Place each "rose" in paper cases, then in ceramic cases. Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Remove and serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
