super quick to make and bake

Wash, pit, and quarter the plums. Preheat oven to 210°-220°C and line a round tart tin or small baking sheet with puff pastry. Trim the edges to at least 2 cm and set aside any leftover pastry. Spread the almonds on the pastry and dot the quark over it. Arrange the plum quarters on top, cut-side up. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Arrange the reserved pastry scraps decoratively on top and bake in the oven for approx. 30-40 minutes. Remove the tart from the oven, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon again, and let cool. Tastes delicious both lukewarm and cold. Serve with cream or dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
