Plum and tomato jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s) (prunes), pitted
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 ½ kg gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the plums for 30 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and cook until soft. Puree and combine with the sugar. Pour into jars while still hot.
