Plum Cake (vegan)

The perfect plum cake (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Puff pastry
  • 500 g Plums
  • 5 tbsp Dark chocolate shavings
  • 3 tbsp Orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the puff pastry on top and brush with the margarine. Halve and core the plums and place on the dough. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on the plums. Scatter the chocolate flakes and drizzle everything with the orange juice. Bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
