Sweet Chocolate Saga

The perfect sweet chocolate saga recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Cream
  • 155 g Sugar
  • 450 g Cream cheese
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 810 ml Milk
  • 170 g Chocolate pudding powder
  • 1 packet Chocolate shortbread biscuits
  1. Whip 1,500 ml cream with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff.
  2. Whisk 2,450 g cream cheese with 125 g sugar, a pinch of salt and 60 ml milk. Fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Whisk 3,750 ml milk and 170 g chocolate pudding powder together.
  4. In a baking dish, alternately stack a layer of chocolate and butter biscuits, a layer of cream cheese and cream and a layer of chocolate pudding.
  5. Finally, decorate with persimmon powder.
