Sweet Chocolate Saga

- 500 ml Cream
- 155 g Sugar
- 450 g Cream cheese
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 810 ml Milk
- 170 g Chocolate pudding powder
- 1 packet Chocolate shortbread biscuits
- Whip 1,500 ml cream with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff.
- Whisk 2,450 g cream cheese with 125 g sugar, a pinch of salt and 60 ml milk. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Whisk 3,750 ml milk and 170 g chocolate pudding powder together.
- In a baking dish, alternately stack a layer of chocolate and butter biscuits, a layer of cream cheese and cream and a layer of chocolate pudding.
- Finally, decorate with persimmon powder.
