Plum cake with crumble

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 330 g butter
  • 350 g sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Salt
  • 750 g plum(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Pit and quarter the plums, then preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter for the pastry and then cream it with the sugar until fluffy. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks with the butter and sugar mixture and beat again, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Spread the pastry onto a baking sheet and top with the plums. For the crumble, knead all the ingredients together and then crumble them. Spread the crumble over the cake and bake for about 40 minutes. This cake can, of course, also be made with any other fruit.
