- 180 g Flour
- 0,5 P. Baking powder
- 150 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Margarine
- Zmt at will
Instructions
- Beat the egg, vanilla sugar, sugar and margarine until frothy. Add flour and baking powder, keep stirring. Refrigerate. In the meantime, pit the plums. a suitable kl. Line the mold with baking paper. Make the crumble from flour, sugar, margarine and possibly cinnamon. Roll out the dough in the form, spread the plums on top and cover with sprinkles. Bake at 170C for about 60 minutes
