Mini Plum Cake with Sprinkles
The perfect mini plum cake with sprinkles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Quark-oil dough
- 150 g Flour
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 30 g Sugar
- 90 g Quark
Covering
- 2 tbsp Grated almonds
- 600 g Plums
- 1 packet Baked pudding powder
Sprinkles
- 50 g Flour
- 25 g Liquid butter
- 25 g Sugar
- Cinnamon to taste

- Fat and crumbs for the mold
- Grease and crumble a 20×30 cm cake tin
- Knead the dough ingredients together, roll them out and line the mold with them. Sprinkle the almonds on the bottom
- Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions and spread it on the almonds
