Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g plum(s)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 80 g almonds, ground
- 125 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 75 g butter, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Wash, pit, and halve the plums, and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. For the crumble, vigorously mix the almonds, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and melted butter. Knead into a crumble and spread it over the plums. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes. Tip: Delicious served lukewarm with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
