Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 potatoes, boiled
  • 6 eggs, boiled
  • 6 apples
  • 6 pickles
  • 6 onions, or a few to taste
  • 6 slice(s) cooked ham or Lyoner, amount according to taste
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 250 g mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour

Simple and very popular, must stand for 24 hours.

In a blender, mix natural yogurt and mayonnaise until well combined. Dice all ingredients to your liking and mix with the sauce, then refrigerate for about 24 hours. The well-seasoned salad will taste great without any seasoning. A little freshly ground pepper wouldn’t hurt, though…
