Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g butter, soft
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 g sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 750 g plum(s)
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 tbsp water, cold
  • 100 g white chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Combine butter, milk, yeast, salt, vanilla sugar, sugar, and flour to form a dough and let it rest for one hour. Pit and dice the plums. Crumble the butter, salt, vanilla sugar, sugar, flour, and water together, then fold in the chopped white chocolate. Roll out the yeast dough and top with the plum cubes and half of the crumbles. Roll up the dough and slice the roll. Place the resulting snails on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining crumbles, and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes.
