Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g plum(s)
- 1 apple
- 200 g grapes, green
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 250 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) (Sojade)
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp, heaped raw cane sugar, possibly more

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and chop the plums and apple, and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the washed grapes. Mix the fruit and place in a glass bowl or directly into dessert bowls. Melt the sugar in a pan, add the walnuts, and coat with the sugar. Sprinkle with plenty of cinnamon. Once cooled, mix with Sojade. Place each portion in a bowl, scattering the nuts over the plums.
