Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg plum(s), pitted weighed
- 1 orange(s), organic, peel
- 3 oranges
- 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
- 5 stems of lavender, dried
Instructions

Cut the washed and pitted plums into small cubes. Peel the organic orange thinly and cut the zest into fine strips. Peel all the oranges so that no white pith remains, remove the segments, and collect the juice. Weigh out 400g of this and cut the segments into small pieces. Strip the lavender blossoms. Combine the plum cubes, orange segments, juice, and zest with the preserving sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for at least 3 minutes. Stir in the lavender blossoms and pour into jars while still hot. Makes approximately 4 jars.
