Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g plums, prepared and weighed
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash and pit the plums, and cut them into medium to small pieces. Place them in a large saucepan with the red wine and preserving sugar and bring to a boil. Cook for a few minutes while stirring. Purée in whole or in part, if desired. Transfer to hot, rinsed jars, seal tightly, turn upside down, and let cool.
