Plums – Cheesecake

The perfect plums – cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 175 g Sugar white
  • 3 Free range eggs 30
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Lemon peel
  • 100 Millilitter Milk
  • 750 g Quark
  • 3 Free range eggs
  • 100 g Sugar white
  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 3 tablespoon Semolina
  • 600 g Plums
  1. Beat the softened butter in a mixing bowl until creamy. Now stir in the sugar and eggs alternately. Add the lemon zest and stir in. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir in the milk. Pour the dough into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  2. Wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the stone.
  3. Mix the quark and eggs well in a mixing bowl. Now add sugar, vanilla pudding and semolina and stir in well.
  4. Spread half of the quark cream on the dough. Spread half of the plums on top of the cream and cover with the second half of the cream. Now distribute the remaining plums on top.
  5. Place the cake in the (fan-assisted) oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes. If it gets too dark, cover the last 15 minutes with aluminum foil. After baking, take it out of the oven, let it cool down for 20 minutes, carefully remove the edge and let it cool down.
