Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g processed cheese
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- some nutmeg
- 1 garlic clove(s), if desired

Wash the pointed cabbage and chop it into large pieces. Sauté the garlic until translucent. Brown the ground beef in a large pot. Add the pointed cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes, gradually adding the broth. Finally, stir in the cream cheese and season to taste. Serve with rice.
