Pork fillet with bananas and peaches in curry sauce

First, cut the pork fillet into slices about the thickness of your thumb, season with salt and pepper, and pan-fry. Then place the pork fillet in a baking dish. Slice the bananas and peaches and arrange them on top of the meat. Make a sauce with cream, ketchup, and curry powder, season to taste, and pour over the meat and fruit. Finally, spread the Gouda cheese on top. Place in the oven at 200°C (convection oven) for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with croquettes, hash browns, or rice.
