- 60 g butter
- 80 g cane sugar
- 60 g corn semolina (polenta)
- 3 eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 200 g cherry(s), fresh or from the jar

Cream the butter until fluffy. Stir in the sugar, polenta, eggs, quark, and lemon juice. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into a baking dish, arrange the cherries on top, and pour the remaining mixture over the mixture. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
