Polenta – semolina porridge

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp polenta (corn semolina)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil with sugar and a little cinnamon. Slowly add the polenta to the boiling milk, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and let the polenta swell. Serve hot with cinnamon and sugar.
