Pollack Fillet in Curry Sauce
The perfect pollack fillet in curry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Pollack fillet
- 300 g Sieved tomatos
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon fresh
- 4 tbsp Cream
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Oil for frying
- Cut the salmon fillet into large cubes, squeeze the lemon and sprinkle the fish with it. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish cubes in it. Take out of the pan again and keep warm.
- Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in the pan together with the curry until translucent. Pour in the pureed tomatoes and cream and season with sugar, salt, pepper and coriander leaves.
- Put the fish fillet back in the sauce and let it boil briefly.
