  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • e.g. cherry tomatoes
  • e.g. salami
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finger food for guests

Finely slice the spring onion. Mix the quark with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and curry powder, and stir in the spring onion. Cut the baguette into slices and spread the spread. You can then top the baguette slices with cherry tomatoes or a slice of salami, depending on your taste. Perfect for parties.
