Pomegranate Invites: Pear, Chilli, Ginger, Arrack and Apple

- 450 g Pears
- 450 Milliliters Apple juice naturally cloudy
- 100 Milliliters Grenadine syrup
- 1 tablespoon Chilli flakes
- 20 Milliliters Arrack
- 2 cm Ginger
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Peel the pears, cut into wedges, put them in a saucepan, add the juices, simmer. 5 minutes. Press on the ginger with a garlic press and cook with it. Later, when the sugar is added, remove it.
- Puree everything. Add the sugar, simmer for 4 minutes. Make a gel test.
- Before filling into prepared glasses, add chilli and arrack, stir once.
- Have a sweet roll ready, spread the jam and enjoy.
