Pomegranate Invites: Pear, Chilli, Ginger, Arrack and Apple

  • 450 g Pears
  • 450 Milliliters Apple juice naturally cloudy
  • 100 Milliliters Grenadine syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli flakes
  • 20 Milliliters Arrack
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Peel the pears, cut into wedges, put them in a saucepan, add the juices, simmer. 5 minutes. Press on the ginger with a garlic press and cook with it. Later, when the sugar is added, remove it.
  2. Puree everything. Add the sugar, simmer for 4 minutes. Make a gel test.
  3. Before filling into prepared glasses, add chilli and arrack, stir once.
  4. Have a sweet roll ready, spread the jam and enjoy.
