Leo’s Tomato Salad with Feta
The perfect leo’s tomato salad with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Fresh tomatoes
- 2 Shallots
- 10 Mint leaves
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 Dried dates
- 150 Feta
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,25 tsp Chilli flakes
- Salt pepper
- Halve tomatoes, cut into slices. Finely chop the mint leaves. Cut the dates and shallots into thin slices, mix everything together, season with lemon juice, chilli flakes, salt and pepper,
- Crumble the feta, pour over the salad, drizzle with olive oil, the combination with dates, chilli and lemon juice make the flavor of this salad!
