Leo’s Tomato Salad with Feta

The perfect leo’s tomato salad with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 Shallots
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 Dried dates
  • 150 Feta
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,25 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt pepper
  1. Halve tomatoes, cut into slices. Finely chop the mint leaves. Cut the dates and shallots into thin slices, mix everything together, season with lemon juice, chilli flakes, salt and pepper,
  2. Crumble the feta, pour over the salad, drizzle with olive oil, the combination with dates, chilli and lemon juice make the flavor of this salad!
