Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
- 1 pack of citric acid
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the juice and gelling sugar to a boil, add the citric acid, and cook according to the package instructions until the mixture sets. Once the mixture has set, pour it into prepared jars.
