Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 50 g butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs in the milk. Soak the bread slices thoroughly in the milk. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan. Fry the bread slices in the butter until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon while still hot and serve warm.
